Note: Good recovery from the day before. Tomorrow, must hit the gym early before work. Still have to clock my 180 minutes of cardio and do some abwork. Oh, my period STILL hasn't come. Still feeling bloaty.

Hello! I've started a livejournal as a sort of accountability and a lo of my ups and downs as I try to lose weight and balance my eating. My user info has a brief history of my eating issues, so I'd rather not get into them here, but to say the least I've been on a roller coaster for 6 years now.

My high weight: 164 lbs
Low weight: 98lbs
Current weight: ~150
Long term goal: ~120
Short term goal: 135 by Thanksgiving

I love working out, unfortunately I also love to eat anything I can get my hands on--hurting my figure and wallet. Hopefully I can get and give plenty of support!

Not bad for only three days into dieting again. I expect a bigger loss next week!

I need to be back on track. I am at 147.2 lbs right now and I am so close, but I need to refocus to get the rest of the weight off. My first goal is to get down to 135 and then work down to 125 if possible. Once I get to 135 I'm going to see how I feel every 2 lbs I lose beyond that. I haven't been below 140 in a long time so I don't know how I will look/feel at a weight below 135 so I will take it slow and see how I feel. Here is to my new start. Daily menu for today below and I will do weigh ins on Wednesday.

English Muffin with spray butter - 2
Coffee with FF creamer - 1

Diet cokes - 0
Mini whole wheat pita - 1
Hummus - 2

Salad with LF dressing - 3
Black bean burger - 2.5
Lite bun - 1

Strawberry smoothie - 2

Water - 64 oz.

Notes: I'm pretty under points today, but I woke up so late after seeing a late movie last night that I wasn't so hungry. I ate some popcorn last night at the movies, but kept myself in line since it was a random decision to see the movie and I didn't come prepared with my prepopped mini bag of popcorn to the movies. The rest of the week I'm going to focus on getting some fruit and veggies in and staying as close to my points as possible.

Loss/Gain this time: - 4
Total Loss: 25.2 lbs

4 lbs loss this week! I expected something more then 2 since I recommited myself and didn't eat so much crap. I'm glad I stayed OP considering it was my birthday this week and I resisted cake at work. I know not to expect a big loss next week so i will try to lose about .5 of a lb. Now my points go down to 20 daily so I will have to get used to readjusting myself to that!
